Context
Netia is a leading software provider specializing in solutions for radio and audio professionals. The company offers a comprehensive suite of tools to streamline radio workflows, including broadcasting, programming, and editing capabilities.
In duo with Benjamin Margoux, I contributed to the redesign of the Radio Assist module, a centralized library for managing all audio files. This project included a range of activities, analysis, research audits, UX/UI redesign, user testing, and UI kit.

User reasearch
We conducted user shadowing at various radio stations, including Mouv', France Inter, FIP, and Sky News, to gain a deeper understanding of how different teams use the Radio Assist Library.

User testing
We conducted user tests to explore different ways the library is used and to fine-tune the final iterations.
